Some more pix's
Some of the stuff being built or?

Not much on clips but i did this one for a friend at his shop. Rear steer Nova on a 40's buick. I try to mate the rails and make it look as if it was not cut on the finished product. Nothing worse looking that the tails hanging down on a clip/hack job. This job was done with a cheaper Mig welder. Not something i like to do. I ended up taking it to my shop and finishing it.

This is a pix of the other side before it was finished welded. This looks factory after some plating and grinding. It was welded inside and out .Also plug welded for more coverage.

I removed the inner rail so as to get to the inside of the outer to weld it on both sides. The inner was later refitted and welded back in place to give it a more stock look.

Cut it long and sneak up on it. I like to do this on a level table...but this was for a friend at his shop.so.....

The old 37 looks pretty good with its new IFS front suspension.  Notice the wheel is centered in the wheel well. 1 1/2 inch diff than the stock axle center line and 3/4 of and inch diff than the crossmember manufacture recommeded starting point.Next upgade the motor and trans....change of plan this car will be a 5 speed car.

I like nice fresh meat to work with!

This nice old 37 stovebolt showed up the other day with 27,000 miles on direct from calif. Repainted about 20 years ago.  It just wont cut the mustard on todays highways. 4days it was stripped and now has a nice mustang II under it with a new ford 9 inch.  Ready for the 327 fuelly motor.

Sneak Peak!

Old stovebolt getting jerked out by the roots .  In 12 hours all of its drivetrain was loaded up and off to live in some restores rust/junk pile.  LOL Its a shame it ran perfect but what are you going to do with it?  Look at it in your barn till you die ? You have to drive em to injoy em!
